This Cookie Policy explains how Pure Linen ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on purelinen.com.au. It reflects the cookies this site actually uses today.

We currently use the following categories:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to work. These include your account session cookie (_medusa_jwt) when you are signed in, and your cart cookie (_medusa_cart_id when placing an order). Without them, login and checkout cannot function.
• Payment cookies / scripts — when you reach checkout, payment providers such as Stripe may set their own cookies or load scripts so your payment can be processed securely. These are only used on checkout.
• Security cookies / scripts — on our contact form we may load Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. That service may set cookies belonging to Google.
• Performance measurement — if the site is hosted on Vercel, Vercel Speed Insights may collect anonymised performance metrics. This is not used for advertising.

We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking tools on this site.

3. Third-party cookies

Third parties only place cookies in the limited situations above (payments, reCAPTCHA, and optional hosting performance tools). We do not allow advertising networks to track you across other websites through this site.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in, cart, or checkout from working. Help pages for major browsers explain how to manage cookies.

5. Updates

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy and, where appropriate, ask for your consent before those cookies are set.
